Our Church
RCLB is a “Church in a Box,” meaning, we set up and tear down our gathering every week and have many teams that help make RCLB happen every week. As our church grows we could always use more servant hearted people that want to become apart of these teams. Facilities Team
Set Up: This team gets to Recreation Park at 8am and is responsible for unloading the equipment and cases from the truck and setting up, screen, pipe and drape.
Tear Down: This team is responsible for tearing down and re-loading the truck after the service around 8pm.

Prayer Team:
Sunday Prayer: Prayer team members pray for our day before each service, pray during the service and for people at the prayer room during the service.
Weekly Prayer: Prayer team members are given the prayer requests from each Sunday night and prays for them throughout the week.

Creative Arts Team:
This team plans, creates and sets up the unique ambiance for each series, setting up and transforming our empty room into a creative space.

Technical Team:
The tech team is responsible for the audio/visual aspects of each gathering, usually broken into three parts, sound, lights & lyrics.

Connection Team:
This ministry includes Greeters, people who welcome guests to our gatherings, Patio Table, where people set up and serve food and drink before and after service and Info Table, where people help our guests get connected at RCLB.

Worship Team:
This team is made up of musicians and vocalists who have a passion to serve God with their gifts, leading our church in worship through music.

Artists Team:
At RCLB we celebrate the creative gifts and talents that God has given us in order to bring Him glory. We try to have as much as we can find so this team is made up of people who love worshiping Him with various talents such as painting, singing, dancing, spoken word and even underwater basket weaving!
